The cancellation policy and the conditions for concluding the contract in the following section up to §1 Scope of application GTC apply exclusively to consumers:

Notes on the scope and conclusion of the contract:
All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT. The contract is concluded by acceptance of the customer's order with BTB Elektronik Vertriebs GmbH (hereinafter “BTB”). The customer will be informed of the conclusion of the contract and the content of the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order by BTB by means of a written confirmation, at the latest when the ordered goods are delivered. The prerequisite is that BTB is not closed due to vacation or force majeure. Information about vacations is available at www.btb-elektronik.de. If delivery is not made by BTB within 14 days, any delivery made thereafter shall be deemed a new offer from BTB to the customer. This offer is accepted with the acceptance of the shipment. By a refusal of acceptance the offer is rejected, the customer does not suffer any disadvantages. If BTB receives an order via the Internet, the receipt of the order will be confirmed as soon as possible within three days. If no order confirmation is received, the customer is requested to contact BTB by telephone. Due to the statutory right of revocation, a pending contractual relationship is initially established with the order of a consumer and its acceptance by BTB. If the order is not revoked, this pending contractual relationship changes into a binding contractual relationship under German law. 

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen calendar days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of partial shipments, on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item). The withdrawal period does not begin before we have fulfilled our duty to provide information in accordance with Article 246a § 1 para. 2 sentence 1 number 1 EGBGB. 

The withdrawal period expires at the latest twelve months and 14 days after its commencement.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample revocation form (option to call up a PDF revocation form), but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us (see address above) immediately and in any case within 14 calendar days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the product(s) before the expiry of the period of fourteen calendar days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods. We reserve the right to a lump-sum compensation amounting to 10% of the value of the goods, particularly in the case of painting or labeling of packaging. The compensation is to be set higher or lower if BTB can prove higher damages or you can prove lower damages.

There is no right of withdrawal for
- Newspapers, magazines or periodicals Goods that are produced or selected according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
- Special services carried out by BTB at the customer's request prior to the dispatch of the goods (e.g. measurements)
- Special orders placed by the customer, such as spare parts specially ordered for the customer, etc.
