Information on shipping costs

WWe deliver free of shipping costs for DHL from a delivery value of €500.00 in Germany.

After parcels have been handed over, the terms and conditions of the respective carrier apply:
www.dhl. de (parcel and express) and www.gls-pakete. de

Weight prices:
DHL Paket and GLS: 0kg to 31kg as indicated in the table. DHL Express: Specification for the DHL Express standard parcel up to 2kg, above this the actual costs are transmitted before shipping.

Delivery times:
These can be found on the respective website indicated (above).
Guidelines for domestic standard parcels: 1-2 days, EU: 1-3 days, non-EU approx. 2 to 7 working days.
Guidelines for Express domestic: 24 hours, EU: 1-2 days, non-EU approx. 1 to 3 working days. For DHL international parcels, we only use the ‘Premium’ service.
Saturday delivery: Only possible with DHL Paket.
Packstation: Only possible with DHL Paket in Germany.
A change of delivery address is generally not possible after parcel delivery. Research is possible at the earliest 10 days after parcel dispatch  

Cash on delivery service: Only possible with DHL Paket in Germany. Fee: €6.90
Tracking: You will automatically receive your tracking number after the parcel has been handed over by the carrier.
Customs clearance: Customs clearance costs for non-EU countries may apply depending on the recipient country and are not included in the shipping price.
Postage commissions: These are not included in the shipping costs and may vary depending on the recipient country.
Parcel insurance DHL Paket: Liability up to €500 (see also www.dhl.de).
Parcel insurance GLS Paket: Liability up to €700 (see also www.gls-pakete.de).
Parcel insurance DHL Express: Domestic up to 500,--€ International 25USD/kg up to 2500USD
Exceptional circumstances (e.g. pandemic, war, etc.): Delivery times or shipping options may vary considerably, please refer to the relevant information on the carrier's website above.
