We deliver free of shipping charges for DHL from a delivery value of 500,00€ domestically.

After handover of parcels, the terms and conditions of the respective carrier apply:

Weight prices:
DHL Package and GLS: 0kg to 31kg as indicated in the table.
DHL Express: indication for the DHL Express standard parcel up to 2kg, beyond that the actual costs are transmitted before shipment.

Running times:
They can be found on the respective specified website (above).
Guidelines standard packages domestic: 1-2 days, EU: 1-3 days, non-EU about 2 to 7 working days.
Guidelines express domestic: 24 hours, EU: 1-2 days, non-EU about 1 to 3 working days. For DHL international parcels, we use only the service Premium.
Saturday delivery: Only possible for DHL parcel.
Packstation: Only possible for DHL domestic parcel.
A change of delivery address after parcel delivery is generally not possible. Investigation is possible at the earliest 10 days after parcel shipment.

Cash on delivery service: Only possible with DHL parcel inland. Fee: 6,90€
Tracking: You will automatically receive their tracking number after package delivery by the carrier.
Customs clearance: Customs clearance costs for non-EU countries may apply depending on the recipient country and are not included in the shipping price.
Submission commissions: These are not included in the shipping costs and may vary depending on the recipient country.
Parcel insurance DHL package: Liability up to 500,-€ (see also www.dhl.de).
Parcel insurance GLS package: Liability up to 700,-€ (see also www.gls-pakete.de).
Parcel insurance DHL Express: Domestic up to 500,--€ Foreign 25USD/kg to 2500USD
