In which direction do you install Mundorf capacitors, and is there a polarity for this?

Mundorf film capacitors (e.g. Supreme, EVO, TCAP) are generally not polarized and can therefore be installed in either direction. Only Mundorf electrolytic capacitors have a real polarity (+/–). However, some Mundorf models have a marking for the outer foil – this can be aligned toward the lower-impedance side or toward the signal source for better interference immunity. The input is then usually the shorter wire.
